This cozy 3-bedroom villa is situated in a quiet and pleasant condominium, with a decoration that makes us feel at home, which invites us to spend a relaxing vacation. It is fully equipped for you to enjoy them with comfort.



The rooms are composed as follows:

•1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning.

•1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed and shared bathroom.

•1st Floor – Small Bedroom with a single bed and a shared bathroom.

•Ground Floor – WC

•Ground Floor – There will always be an extra single bed on the living room



The villa has at your disposal a small kitchen fully equipped and organized so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends.

The leisure and dining area unites in a single space, with table and 6 chairs plus sideboard is quite wide and bright, the living room has 2 sofas, a one-seater and a 3 seater, and a pouf. It also has a fireplace, TV and coffee table. The living room is of good size and feels cozy, it also has air conditioning.

There is a reserved parking space for the villa right in front of the main door. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels.



The condo pool is quite large, the depth varies between 1 meter and 3 meters deep, with plenty of space around the pool. In this outdoor space you will find several grassy areas, so you can stretch out a towel and enjoy the excellent sun of the Algarve.

The private terrace has a dining table near the charcoal BBQ that will allow our guests to enjoy al fresco dining on hot summer days.

Located just minutes from the center of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, ideal for families or groups who like to have fun and experience local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling).
