Beautiful new home with pool and air con nestled in Galé

This ultra-sleek and modern home invites you to visit Albufeira and the beaches of Galé in style. The home with private pool is located on a secluded street, just over 400 meters from the beach and 3 kms from the marina. This is the perfect spot for a getaway near the city and is also within driving distance to Salgados golf course. The location is excellent.



2 story private house with outdoor private pool and an outstanding BBQ area and gazebo to chill out. 4 spacious suites (2 with queen sized beds and 2 with attached twin beds). The master suite on the 1st floor has a huge terrace overlooking the private pool. The property has a fully equipped and designed open kitchen with all kinds of appliances (including an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker). Immense Living and dining room facing the pool with a 70’ smart TV with cable channels, WIFI, are some of the facilities that our property has to offer to our guests.



Guests will have access to everything in our home except 1 room and 1 closet that are locked. Also included is the swimming pool, outdoor BBQ grill and laundry room. Private parking in the driveway. (Indoor garage cannot be used for parking).

Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. This home is not suitable for large gatherings or parties of any kind. The house rules must be always respected. The maximum number of occupants permitted under any reservation is 8 persons.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our "Meet and Greet" will always be at the property.



Situated just 10 minutes from the marina of Albufeira and Salgados golf course. The house is in a family-oriented neighborhood and walking distance to Galé beach. Restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Car recommended, but not mandatory as the area is easily accessible for those who like to walk.



We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros



• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros

• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros



Rental services:

• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay



Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:

• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).

• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.

• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).

• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.



A security deposit of 800 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
