The apartment is a large loft with a mezzanine. Downstairs is the living room with comfortable armchairs for relaxing or watching TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a king-size double bed, a large dressing room and a relaxation area. It can accommodate 2 people but has extra mattresses to accommodate additional guests. In addition, the property features a balcony.
