Don’t book this ! We couldn’t get in
Do not risk this, do not book! They took our money but didn’t provide us with any access information, we arrived at the apartment block hoping for information on the door, but were unable to get into the block at all. We sent emails and phoned the company but no phone connection. A long wait of over 30 mins on internation phone charges for VRBOs customer services, and repeatedly transferred to another agent , having to explain it over again. Eventually we were given alternative accommodation for one night and told we would hear that night or next morning about the rest of our stay ( only a 3 night stay)
This didn’t happe, so had to check out at 11 and start all over again with more international call rate calls to VRBO
No promised emails came, and finally after 7 hours we had help from an agent ( thank you Eric from Texas) who said this shouldn’t have happened, and booked us accommodation for another night. We had to arrange our final night ourselves but he did arrange a full refund which we received promptly. I have no idea if the apartment is a scam or the company has gone out of business but the phone or emails were never answered,
Please don’t book this! We spent our three day break on the phone and feeling homeless!
