*We have exterior surveillance of the parking area and separate garage to protect vehicles. We do not have interior cameras. *

*This home is not to be used for open houses, small gatherings, parties or get togethers. We have a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. We have a strict rule of no outdoor deck use/noise after 10pm. This home is between residential homes and we cannot tolerate any noise due to risk of losing our rental permit. Please consider this when booking our home.
