Your peaceful retreat awaits at this welcoming 2-bedroom house in Tellico Village, for adults only. With a queen bed and a full bed, guests will find comfort and relaxation in this spacious home. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, AC, and heating during your stay. Plus, take advantage of the rebounder in the sun room. You're sure to make fantastic memories with abundant amenities in Tellico Village at our immaculate home! Pillow top queen bed, and full bed in second bedroom. The pool will be closed by early October, but the private pool deck can be enjoyed with perfect fall weather.
The owners will be in residence until November 21. We will share kitchen facilities and provide breakfast for short stays, like a Bed & Breakfast. Great places to eat out are close by, including Toqua Golf club and the Yacht Club which overlooks gorgeous Lake Tellico. Until November 21, there is just a two night minimum, after which there will be a monthly minimum booking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
