Not very walkable. Near factories and very noisy at night. The building itself is huge but the hotel only goes up to 3rd floor. It was very loud above us I don’t know what’s going on.

I had to change the room because of odour, I took a bed room with twin bed the bed had tyres that was moving such that you cannot sit on the bed with pillow the bed keep on moving, the breakfast was ok and the front desk was so supportive, I asked for a tax to Gibraltar it was so quick , serving with smile

The front desk staff were super nice. The hotel was clean and modern. The area around the hotel is interesting. It’s full of what appear to be wholesale businesses selling stuff from the container ships. There were a lot of interesting places to eat, mostly chain restaurants, but interesting ones we’d never been to before.

Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However I would definitely be recommending this place.

Just bad condition

The room and bathroom were in dire need of refurb. The bathroom drains were clean but poor. The bedroom furniture needed replacement. The air conditioning did not cool the room so we had to keep the window open all the time. The outside bar was not available nor the pool. Photos of the hotel carefully omit the giant metal building next door which ruins the view of the Rock
