Es un sitio espectacular y con mucha historia pero Globales no creo que sea el dueño adecuado o tendrán que demostrarlo en el futuro. La limpieza deja mucho que desear y le da un aire casposo al hotel. De cualquier manera, al ser un infraestructura espectacular y única el espíritu gana al parásito.

This place is a gem and probably the favorite place we stayed during our time in Spain! The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The outside veranda and pool are beautiful and a great place to relax and spend an evening.
I’m sure the hotel was opulent back in the 50s but now it’s old, tired, and dying. The air conditioning is not strong enough to cool the room. We had to sleep with balcony door open to let the cool air get in, otherwise it would have been too hot
The Staff is one of the worst we have seen. The location is Ok but if there is any other alternative, this is a NO NO. The rooms are clean but again the bar staff is extremely unpleasant (ie: they would shout at you for wandering outside on their patio if the closing time approach even in 15 mn... Needless to say the breakfast was just plain normal and disappointing for a 4 stars hotel...
The best hotel I stayed in during my month in Spain. Huge room, plenty of amenities, clean, excellent restaurant, pleasant and helpful staff, everything worked, quiet, exquisite hotel. Location was just a bit far from train for since I always walk...but I've walked much further for terrible hotels!
We recently spent 3 nights at this facility 10/4 - 10/6. When we got to our room we first thought that there was something wrong with our air conditioning. We were later told that the air conditioning had been shut off because it had gotten cool the previous week. Despite the fact that it was quite warm during our stay the air conditioning was never turned back on. We ate at the hotel restaurant on our first night. The buffet which cost 20 euros was not as advertised. The selections were of very poor quality and the staff was unable to keep up with demand. There were lots of complaints about the empty dishes. After leaving the restaurant we went to the bar and ask for a draft beer. We were given bottled beer because, according to the bar tender, they were out of clean glasses. The grounds of the hotel are quite beautiful but they did not make up for the sweltering rooms and poor food.
The rooms were clean but the lobby and bar were old and needed a cleaning. The food was disappointing. Actually the worst place we stayed on our 2 week vacation to Spain . This is not a 4 star hotel!!!
Hermoso hotel, la habitación bien grande y todo renovado, el baño impecable y nuevo. Nos encantó. Estuvimos solo de paso, pero es un lugar hermoso.
