I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Super nice, well kept and clean. Only real issues I had were my door - I think the battery was out but anytime I needed to get in it was a battle. I also wish their check in times were earlier.

Your staff at the es sonesta suites on prairie in Torrance/Redondo bch,is not very comforting,or have any compassion for their guests,room not clean for me,never vacuumed (I bring my own vacuum)the toilet whistle Everytime you flush,porch spills or pet urine,had to wash down,no fitted sheet(flat sheet instead of fitted) Only 3 bath towels ,when I asked for clean towels,didn't get until the folllowing day at 1030am ,ck out 11am(Sarah was working,has a attitude with me ,calling my room hassling me about how many towels I have,drilling me on the exact # they took from my room!!! I dread even going to front desk! Your one worker Angel is a excellent employee,real team player willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your guests! Angel has that people person, comforting attitude you need more of at this location! Not to many front desk workers were as pleasant as Angel,promot him to management ASAP will definitely improve your reviews if he was,but monica,Sarah,and very tall big woman acts like she's in charge,don't know her name but very rude at desk and when approached my room to tell me to ck out very aggressive, standoffish. Been staying here on and off the last couple months,great set up ,not people friendly.your sonesta on 190th in gardena ,staff wonderful,friendly,I will be leaving here tomorrow and staying at the 190th location cause they make me feel welcome ,not like the es suites on prairie

The room was the perfect size for our family of five. It could have been a little more clean. There was hair in the shower and they didn’t have enough towels. We had to keep calling for them. The breakfast also wasn’t that great. Overall we had a good stay.

My check in experience wasn’t great. I had to wait in line for a long time. Then they helped 3 other people who didn’t even wait in line and just approached the front desk. 2 staff ended up helping 1 customer standing behind me instead of helping me first. I find that very rude. There’s also a 3rd staff who showed this customer her room so 3 staff helping her -she must be a super VIP customer for 3 staff to help her. I felt i had no value and they didn’t care about my presence. I came back to this property because I really like it but the staff needs better customer service.

This hotel is like an apartment complex and has fulltime/longterm guests. It was noisy and weed smoky all nite. Parking lot was full of beaters and was hard to find a spot. Spacious room that was poorly cleaned and the sheets and blankets were tattered with holes. Breakfast was below average and hard to get because the space is very small and filled with lots of tenants.
