Friendly staff. Nice & clean hotel. Just right off the fwy and next to a shopping center. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel really deserves 10 stars!! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful!! It’s under renovation so it’s it’s still under work but it’s really looking so nice!! I think what blew my head is how friendly and helpful front desk guy was. I wish I had gotten his name!! Highly recommend!! Always next to the town plaza so you have great restaurants and stores! I did not step into the actual casino so no comment there just hotel!

I have complaints the hotel staff stealing my phone charge When I call they told me was nothing in the room I’m 100% I forgot in the room I back to the hotel in person to ask for my iPhone charger and the answer I get from the staff was nobody stealing nothing
The room's carpet was sticky, and stained socks, also leaving sticky residue on shoes. The bathroom was not well lit and to top it off, the tub, sink and toilet were all black. The breakfast was horrible, the hotel staff was warming everything in a microwave.
I liked the rooms were very nice and clean. I liked that when ever I needed something they responded right away. The hotel was being remolded right now but I didn't hear no noise. So that was a plus. The hotel was very quiet even though they have a small casino. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was quite inexpensive. At check in we were not give a parking pass for the car park or told where anything was. We had to find the pool but we could not locate the gym or any launderette service that had shown prior to arrival. There was restoration work going on at 4am one morning that woke us, thankfully the following morning there was a power cut that stopped this happening again. Most of the reception staff and management were fine but one man on reception was frustratingly useless and didn't seem to listen or understand
