Welcome to our cozy 3-BD 2-BA retreat in Glendora, nestled near the San Gabriel Mountains. Inside you'll discover a tastefully decorated living space where every detail has been thoughtfully arranged .The open-concept layout allows for easy flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas, making it a breeze to spend quality time together. This 2,100 sqft haven offers a peaceful escape.

Guest will have full use of the entire home during their stay this is not a shared home.

House Rules
No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors.
No shoes indoors (House slippers will be provided for indoor use only)
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
No illegal substance of any kind on the premises.
No unauthorized parties.
No loud noise outdoors after 9pm
No unauthorized photoshoots
No pets allowed (Owner is allergic)
Do not flush sanitary napkins or any kind of wipes down the toilet

Pool Rules * Use at your own risk*(zero liability)
No glassware in pool area
No Diving
No jumping from balcony into pool
No running in pool area
All guest under 18 years old should be supervised
Pool is about 3-9 feet please swim at your own risk and be responsible. All kids and adults who cant swim must wear a life jacket.
The host is not liable or responsible for any deaths or drownings slips or falls during your stay.

*Late check out is $100 /per hour
*Loss of keys $160 charge
*Missing pillow protectors/mattress cover/pillows/Blankets will result in a $100 charge

Guests will be charged an extra $200 cleaning fee for stains on furniture, bedding/linens, walls, carpet/rugs kitchen surfaces bathroom surfaces, upholstery bedframes. Also, If anything in the home is broken guest will be responsible to pay for it.

We were happy with this property as a base for visiting LA. It’s actually quite hard to find a rental with a pool within our budget, so this was a great option for the price. The location was convenient for exploring places like Hollywood, and the facilities were practical and comfortable. The property could do with a bit of a deep clean in places but otherwise was ok. Glendora is also quite a nice neighbourhood with a nice stretch of restaurants etc. Overall we were very pleased with the value and enjoyed our stay.

This house worked for us except for two things. The upstairs bedroom was too hot to sleep in. Thermostat is controlled, set at 72. The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but not the upstairs. Maybe a ceiling fan would help with the upstairs bedroom. The second thing, and the reason we won’t use this rental again, is that we like to prepare our meals at home rather than go out, but every pan was scratched up old Teflon, which releases toxins into food. They were not safe. Old stainless steel pans are easily found at thrift stores or garage sales. I hope they will replace those toxic pans.

Perfect family getaway

The pros:The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is large enough that you're not on top of one another and have room to roam. The pool is large with a sliding scale from shallow to deep end. The deep end was surprisingly very deep (more than the typical 6ft). The house has all the amenities you need. Plenty of plates, silverware, towels (even pool towels), toilet paper, shower products, etc. There are even pool toys and floats! The beds are comfortable. and the room darkening drapes help keep the sun out. It is a great location. Close to the highways, shopping, and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of. Check in and out was a breeze, and communication with the agent was easy and very responsive. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures.The cons:The only and I mean ONLY con would be if you like your house to feel like a freezer from the AC. The AC is locked at 70 degrees. Which is understandable for the heat this time of year (July). The house has strong portable fans in every room that help to cool it down. It was not unpleasant and was very comfortable for our family. The house cools down tremendously once the sun goes down. But overall, we were extremely comfortable. Just a heads up if you like icicles on your windows! What also makes this house great, is it isn't like those in Anaheim with the noise ordinance where you are not allowed outside after 9pm. The pool area is fenced & has outdoor table and chairs. This was the perfect house for us!
