The host gave me the wrong code and was really hard to get ahold of and then the washing machine inside didn't work one of the beds was broken (he said he could come fix it though)

Cleaner arrived 15 mins after our check-in time so we had to wait an extra 3 hours to check-in. After speaking with the host, they allowed us to check-out later due to the inconvenience. There was a substantial amount of pet hair underneath the master bed and there is no hair dryer. All other amenities are good, except one of the bathrooms is quite small. The rooms were a bit cold even after setting the ac to 80. We eventually just turned them off.
