Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.
Staying here was so chill. I took a month long job in Los Angeles and needed a clean place to stay at. Conveniently next to a lot of great Chinese restaurants. Bed was so comfortable. Better than staying at a hotel

Clean and spacious... Beds Not the Most Comfortable
The host was an excellent communicator- she was always available to answer our questions or attend to our needs. The place was clean and organized. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable- it was painful to go to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and utensils- but the glassware was limited (2 coffee cups and 3 small glass tumblers). Off-street parking was convenient. The surrounding area was not walkable and there was construction around the place. However, it served our purpose very well-
