Sleeps a total 6 guests. 1 Queen bed + 2 Single beds + Queen Sofa bed. Highly desirable location. 3 min walk to the beach & Strand. 5 min to cafes. 8 min walk to downtown Manhattan Beach, The Pier. 2 minute walk to Tennis Courts @ Live Oak Park. 12 min to LAX. Air Conditioning on the top floor where it's warmest.

Can't say enough great things about this property. It was beautifully appointed and super clean. The property manager was nice when my daughter's friends continued to mess up by blocking the driveway (so very sorry). Thank you.

The home was in a vibrant beach neighborhood and was well decorated and maintained. We came and enjoyed every minute of our short stay. Walk to beach in minutes.
