We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Los Angeles.The location was fantastic close to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was one of the highlights of our trip, and surrounded by so many amazing food spots nearby. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the excitement and energy of LA, but still have a comfortable place to come back to and unwind.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The host was very responsive and kind. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is very comfortable and has a beautiful backyard. My family was so happy staying here and really enjoyed their time. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay…location was good (nice neighborhood) and the house was wonderful. We enjoyed the backyard patio area. Host was great at sharing information too.

I recently stayed at this Encino home that exceeded my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, which was a relief as I was recovering from surgery. It’s located in a charming neighborhood that added to the overall pleasantness of my stay. The backyard was a peaceful haven, perfect for relaxation during my recovery. Although I encountered a couple of minor issues, the owner was incredibly responsive and communicative, addressing my concerns promptly. Check-in was seamless, making the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great quiet home close to studios

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!

Ideal and cozy!

The fountain was so serene and the home was perfectly curated. This is perfect for a family or small gathering. We hosted my baby shower here and everyone was super happy and comfortable! 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect location for our family holiday gathering

This house had everything we needed for the "overflow" family members gathering in Encino for an early Christmas. The location was ideal and communication with the property manager was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the shower (nearest the kitchen) was particularly great.

Great family stay

My parents and cousins came to town for my graduation at CSUN. Patrick's place was great for all of us to just relax, cook together and watch movies all weekend. Awesome amenities, plenty of space, and great kitchen for family meals!
