Beautifully designed and maintained hotel. Hotel is on main street along malecon with beautiful view of water and sunrise. Room was clean, had terrace with view of dirt parking area, not mountains as description stated. Bar had playoff football game playing so was packed. Waiter was excellent and bar food good. "Free parking" is in dirt, gated lot behind hotel. You need to go to front desk so they can send someone out to open a gate so you can get in or out, or keep driving around the blocks hoping for on street parking. We could not locate the gate to get into parking lot and noticed no one was using the lot. We found parking down the side street where we could see our car from our room. Did not use pool or amenities as we were there one night on return trip to Ensenada from La Paz and wanted to see Loreto. The noise from other guests in the hallway, wheelies going down the hall at 4:30 AM, chairs being moved on floor above and/or below our floor, what sounded like sanding machine running at 2:30 AM did not afford a good nights sleep. Main comment is, hotel is not worth the $199 we paid for the room. In exploring the town we found other hotels that are listed with Orbitz for much less which appeared lively, full and much better deal.

The location is extraordinary. So much better than the generic Loreto Bay community.

Great bar service, by the pool and upstairs. Delicious Italian pizza...

Location was good. Close to whatever you wanted to do.

Staff very courteous, well manners and helpfull, hotel very clean and maintained

We were very impressed with our room, the hotel location, staff and our meals. Loved the bar downstairs with great pizza and entertainment. We look forward to returning to La Mision.

Loved the location in center of town convenient to shopping, restaurants, marina

Pool area was great, staff treated us very well, overall great experience!

Spent a week at La Mision. Great place! Nice pool, great restaurant, great room. Close to downtown.

There was no beach experience due to cold Gulf waters. The pool also was quite cold and the hot tube lukewarm. But most people go there to fish. The hotel location was very good; it is within 6 short blocks of many good restaurants and shopping.

The Hotel was really wonderful, Clean , Neat and beautiful. The Staff were very friendly, helpful and fun to be around .... We plan to return again and again... There is nothing we can complain about .... We loved our stay and we Thank you so very much for making it memorable.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating& going out of their way to be helpful. We paid for and received an ocean view suite, which did not disappoint us. Food is very good and fairly competitively priced. Great margaritas (2 for 1) at happy hour. Very convenient and pleasant walk to the center of town. If I go back to Loreto, I would definitely stay here again. A couple of minor issues: Lighting is a bit dim in some locations of the room, they could use a few strategically placed electrical outlets, and Wi-Fi is not very dependable

It was great! Staff were wonderful, huge storm came in during our stay and they were very accommodating of activity cancelations and basically took care of every request.

We spend a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and super helpful, and the room was comfortable and had a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez, Isla del Carmen and Isla Coronado. A very easy walk to downtown Loreto.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great location
