Personal amable, hotel bonito, limpio y bien ubicado.

It's the first big hotel in town. Has a market inside, and an ATM. The facility's are clean and it looks like an oasis inside by the pool area. Folks that stay here seem friendly. Our room was clean and cute. Had a kitchenette. The bed was hard and pillows lumpy, but useable. There are only t.v. Channels in Spanish, but we are in Mexico!! It is in town, so it's not in the cutest area, but people of Loreto are friendly, and the hotel security seemed to be good. Can walk to all the shops and restaurants and Beach. Would stay again esp for the price.

Had a studio with connecting door. Could hear everything the neighbors did. Great hotel otherwise. Had a rental car which would be essential as it is out of downtown a ways.

We booked two weeks in Loreto. The first week was at the Santa Fe. I wasn't sure how it would be, because the price was so reasonable. It was a great place! Twin beds, stove and fridge. Clean and neat. Pool was warm but that was about the only draw back. You could stay here for 3 weeks compared to what it would cost at La Mision. It's a walk to the beach, but an outstanding find.

The location was convenient. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with a kitchenette. We had complementary fruit in our rooms.

Staff incredible, room spotlessly cleaned. Quiet and comfortable.

Plastic shower floor was buckling while showering and cracked during shower, water escaping to bathroom floor. Our room had kitchenette with 2 plates, 2 coffee cups (no coffee maker), 1 bowl, 2 forks, 1 spoon. Staff very helpful- front desk clerk did find a coffee maker for us after searching several rooms and other staff found another bowl and spoon. Beds comfortable, towels decent quality. Beautiful courtyard with pool.

all rooms face the pool , on the ground floor you have no privecy... rooms are quiet but people walking by can look in your room if you do not keep your drape closed at all times..

Put into smaller room than we paid for.I should receive a refund for the difference in room size.

Would be nice if they had bottled water in the room Restaurant could offer a larger menu

I couldn't sleep at all in my first night here as there is a common door between my room and my neighbour. That person was talking on the mobile until 1am and he coughed all the time. I wouldn't blame him as he didn't yell at all. It is just the sound proof of the room is not good. The next night I was moved to another room without someone in the other side of the common door. But someone moved in around midnight upstairs. Even with ear plugs, I could hear all the foot steps and sound of taking showers. This hotel was just not built with proper sound proof facility. The hotel staff were very friendly and the price is quite affordable compared to other hotels.

This is a Great bargain. Upon check in I discovered a great modern room, good off-street parking, good restaurant, comfortable bed, and my room was right beside a refreshing pool. How good can it get! I will stay here again, especially if the room rate special continues.

We just got back from Loreto and spent the last night at the Santa Fe. The staff is very nice but the room was very strange. First of all the door is a sliding glass door with a weird lock. The room was big but with lots of wasted space. On the other hand the bathroom was very small with a shower the size of one that would be in a trailer. The room was clean. I couldn't sleep because a man next door was talking on his phone and I could hear it through the walls. The price was $70.00 US and not worth it. They advertise $449 pesos but not sure what that is for. We wouldn't stay there again.

I booked a room with 2 "queen" size beds. When we got there, there are no such things as queen size beds, just doubles. Also, we had the room for 2 nights but they would only let us have it for 1 night and then we would have to move to another room. They did put us in 2 separate rooms for the 2 nights so we wouldn't have to move. BUT, another group came in the second day and their reservations were all screwed up also. I have stayed at a Villa Group previously and they are notorious for screwing up reservations.

My wife and I stayed here for a one night layover on a web special for $79. The room (full size bed) was nice and clean but the bed was too firm for my liking. Also, the shower was terribly cold! The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool appeared very clean with beautiful landscaping. The stay included a continental breakfast which was fruit, toast, and a hot beverage; pretty slim. It's also a bit of walk to central downtown Loreto.

comfrtable and quiet
