The staff is wonderful! The location is unique. It is its own place- Nopoló. Most unusual in that you don’t feel like you are in Mexico. The location is great to freeway & access to mountains. It is also great to walk the town, beach, and area. Easy vs access to Loreto City Centre too!

Breakfast was okay. I have had better. Most employees are great except for one server in their restaurant who wouldn't care less and seemed very unhappy. However, one guy went out of his way to make our stay every eventful. Our room was huge and nicely appointed. You can literally have a party on the terrace. Plates, silverware, wine glasses, etc were provided for in the wet bar.

The rooms were brand new and in great condition but the amenities were very poor. No hair condition, no shower caps, no body lotion. Amenities that should be offered for the price.
