Super quiet hotel that is close to the airport and close to main square. Hot breakfast every morning. The pool is warm, and the hotel is clean. It is a simple hotel without a gym. Air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is newly remodeled. It is a great price, and the staff is great. Huge parking lot across the street in the rear of the hotel that is locked at night so the car is safe. There is a bar by the pool too.

Nice hotel.

Mostly clean, except bathroom sink. Good pillows and bedding. Small TV and most channels in Spanish (it is Mexico!), but 78 and 80 in English. Nice staff. We had dogs so had to go to hotel next door for food outside. Beautiful pool and courtyard. We also appreciate the secure parking as we are in a Ford F250 long bed towing a trailer.

Hotel was decent, clean but a little outdated and out of the way from the town plaza and everything. Room was very basic, hardly any bathroom amenities, no hair dryer or iron, no in room safe, bed was hard, ac was good but can be noisy at times. Breakfast was decent, staff was very accommodating.

No ice machine, the hack was to go to the bar and ask for ice. The phones in the room did not work and we were continually hung up on. It was a chore to get a taxi. For some reason the common areas have an absurd amount of flies and I mean like you can't even leave your plate alone for 5 seconds. Very simple breakfast so avoid paying the extra little fee as you're better off with options outside. Even the in the water and juice were not iced. The rooms are spacious, however they are very dated down to the type of bed cover. The mattress is absolutely hell. There are a couple channels but they're all poor quality. The internet is terrible and only good around the pool, mind you our room was not even 30 ft from the main office. Office. There are several points of access. However it didn't matter even when it was connected, devices continually fell out of service. Service. TVs are not smart so don't expect that. There is no in-room safe and considering the average length of stays in this town and considering the type of town it is, it was surprising to see no in room refrigerator. There is no outdoor barbecue grill which would have been nice but this has nothing to do with my rating. The ladies are nice enough so no issues there. The front desk lady I don't know because I could never get to talk to her because the phone never worked.

Their wifi has improved since I last stayed there. Also their breakfast, which now includes made-to-order quesadillas! There is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms, which makes it harder to haul luggage to rooms on that floor. But there were often employees around willing to help with the luggage.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, parking was free, and it was a short walk to the centre of town. However, there was no hot water, the wi-fi was very slow and disconnected intermittently, the area around the pool was quite noisy in the evening, especially when the bar opened, and the breakfast not at all appealing or tasty. This is not a hotel I'd stay at again.

It was a pretty and well-cared-for hotel. Great value. Nice breakfast, clean pool, and spacious room with veranda. About a 15 minute walk to the historic center.
