NOPOLO GEMEddy is the best host I have ever had on VRBO. His communication is exceptional and you can tell he genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. His home is stylish, comfortable, and very well-appointed. Kitchen has just about everything you could want in a vacation home. We cooked 4 suppers and were very happy with the cookware in the rental. There were even spices and some pantry basics like rice, sugar, and coffee when we arrived. Beds are VERY firm with comfortable bedding and ample pillows. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee was a daily ritual for us. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but I know if we had them they would’ve been addressed promptly by his helpful on-site assistant. Thank you Eddy for a truly remarkable stay!

Wonderful condo with a modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and two upper decks. Could not be any closer to the 25 m lap pool, literally outside the entrance door. The host and property manager responded quickly when a repair was needed, and facilitated a rapid resolution.

Great Casa in a great location

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this casa. Eddy is a great host, always replies very promptly to our questions. Veronica and her team at Baja Boss Management are super friendly, helpful and attentive to our every need. The case itself is well-equipped and very clean. We love that it is centrally located in the community and walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. A few steps out the door is the lap pool. It’s a great place to lounge with a book to read. We had a wonderful two weeks here.

Lovely, relaxing time

Being right next to the lap pool was like having a private pool! And we were close to the beach as well. Great nearby restaurants and a lovely community.(I just wish the greens on the golf course were better taken care of!)

Couples Anniversary Get-Away!

Great communication, very well stocked dishes/glasses/baggies/cooking supplies,pans,pantry and games. Nice location by the lap pool and quick access to walk the beach. Had water and propane delivered easily to the casa. Private layout with upstairs 2nd Master Suite. The extra half bath was nice so you didn't disturb the downstairs Master Bathroom or need to climb the stairs to the upstairs Master Bath when playing games or dining on the first floor.

Lovely Casa Fresca

Great location, nice beds and linens. Well appointed kitchen as well. We have stayed in several casas and this is one of top three. Living area is tight with two couples but other than that it was a great experience!

Fantastic Casa

Casa Fresca is a beautiful spot to stay. Everything was immaculate and met all our expectations. We were looking for a relaxing spot to have a break from winter and this place is it. We stayed in Loreto Bay for the week and enjoyed relaxing by the pool, reading books and going for walks in the beautifully kept gardens surrounding all the casas. Eddy and Veronica are both very quick to respond to any question we had during our stay. Thanks for a great holiday!

Good times in Baja

We stayed 10 days at Casa Fresca and appreciated how it was well maintained and the best stocked property we’ve stayed at. It you come straight from the airport it’s nice to have some bottled water and other basics to get you by until you can get to the store. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location next to lap pool

We loved this unit. It was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed and more. It’s located directly across the sidewalk from the lap pool and only a few short blocks from the village shops. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The MOST comfortable well equipped casa

Totally Remodeled; Very Well Stocked with Everything

The property exceed our expectation and we have stayed at 5 or 6 other nice units in the Loreto Bay development. The remodel is very well done; clean, tastefully decorated with many practical touches e.g. blackout drapes over the blinds in the bedroom. The unit was stocked WAY better than we expected including two refrigerators of water, beer and carbonated water which was way more than we needed. A full pantry of various food related items as well. Appliances were top of the line and many miscellaneous nice touches. I could probably write a long list of compliments. The ground floor also has an extra 1/2 bath off the living room which was very practical. The property is really 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths. We hope to return to Casa Fresca next May. Veronica the onsite property manager is terrific and can help you with just about anything. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home.

Five Star Property

Everything about our stay was excellent. Wonderful casa in a great location. Nicely appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. You can check out how busy the lap pool is from the casa. Easy walk to the golf course, restaurants, shops and the beach. Communication with our host was excellent. Very responsive. I would highly recommend Casa Fresca for your visit to Loreto Bay.

LORETO CASA FRESCA

We went for the 1st time to Loreto and this house was perfect had everything needed to be comfortable and it was clean, we really enjoyed our stay, it was very humid weather but we enjoyed getting there and the rooms were very cool, we were going to stay with another couple but they couldn't make it so it was only my husband and I, but we really enjoyed it it was cozy perfect for 4 people. we didn't bbq because it was very hot but we went to our friends house on the same community and we cook there one day. We would definitely stay there again next time if is available. Thanks Eddy and thanks Veronica for everything.

Casa Fresca Nailed It

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated Loreto Bay casa. My teens and I took advantage of the superb location - maybe 10 steps from the lap pool - and spent many days lounging, reading and swimming. The casa has the triple advantage of being maybe only 100 steps from the sandy beach or 100 steps in the opposite direction from La Cholla - the minimarket. We started our carefree days with coffee in the viewing tower and peacefully watched the sunset from the same spot. The appliances are all brand new, everything was spotlessly clean and the interiors were fun and functional. We had everything we needed to cook although most nights we preferred sampling the many Loreto restaurants. Beach accessories were also thoughtfully provided. My teenagers were happy to find strong wifi and a smart TV. The one time we had to contact the property manager, she responded promptly and resolved our issue within the hour. The host is communicative and friendly. We are so looking forward to our return.
