Creature comforts, sunny outdoor living make this contemporary three bedroom detached property the perfect accommodation for your holiday. Conveniently set at the bottom of the hillside The Deckhouse is furnished and decorated as a real home from home - yet with a touch of luxury.
Large sofas form a welcoming living space for relaxing in front of the TV or the log burner while the 8 seat dining area is perfect for family gatherings. Extensive south-facing decking creates a sunny yet sheltered all-day space for outdoor living while the lower deck and hot tub is the ideal place to relax.
Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub. Pets are allowed, £25.00 each per week (max 2)

Beautiful modern home
We spent a week here early April 2019. Superbly modern home. Well equipped. Lovely layout. Perfect location for walking the South West coastal path. I managed to avoid using my car for 5 days which is a treat! I walked to and from Looe twice and Polperro twice. Talland Bay beach is just down the hill too (which is an interesting walk back up after a beer at the Talland Beach cafe!) Hot tub was a regular treat too. This house is on a purpose built site of holiday homes. Any problems were dealt with efficiently by the staff. Good instructions and advice emailed before the holiday. Not cheap to rent but you certainly get what you pay for in this place so definitely good value for money. Many thanks.
