The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking the key within 5 minutes. I had to stop eating, pack quickly, and hand it back, which was unpleasant. The environment outside was excellent with a kids’ play area and a nice buffet.

The entertainment in the club was very poor and the prices were very expensive so the club had no atmosphere because it was virtually empty each night.wont stay again.

Tencreek holiday park

Very pleasant park with wonderful views and good facilities - very nice swimming pool - clean and quiet. Handy shop. Lovely location with the beautiful town of looe only a 30min. pleasant walk away.

The only downside was with being off season which isn’t mentioned on hotels.com was that the restaurant, bar and entertainment wasn’t open and with limited staff we had to try several times to access the shop as the lovely lady on reception was on her own. The caravans however were lovely and clean and well kept

Nice site

Nice site, and caravan, clean and tidy. The only downside, the doubke bed in the caravan very uncomfortable, mattress covered in plastic coating so made it very warm and far too soft, didnt sleep well during the stay.

Basic but great location

Great location with a view and as quiet only let down by the worn caravan that really needs a proper deep clean. Mattress was surprisingly good and with the sea air and quiet park led to a good nights sleep. Less than 2 miles from Looe for great food ( avoid Deanos )

This was the worst place. Very small nothing provided like other accomm. Had to provide own towels, toilet paper, tea, coffee, toiletries. For the money we paid for this place, those things should be given. Ay least we could have been warned to bring our own in advance. Very disappointing and overpriced

Pleasant Stay close to Looe

Stayed in a Swift caravan which was spacious comfortable and clean, made the stay very pleasant. Reception staff very friendly and helpful made sure we were happy with accommodation. Lovely pool, camp site overall very good.
