Poor customer service

I paid for my dinner with a credit at the bar and they could not give me a receipt, told me I had to go to reception for one. Next morning the receptionist asked me to pay again. When I said I had already paid I had to show her the credit card payment slip.

Bonjour. Vous mettez en avant la proprete, elle est exemplaire. Vos collaborat-eur-rice-s devraient animer des formations pour faire profiter d autres sur le sujet. Dans le meme registre : la presentation dans la chambre est bien coquette. Enfin l accueil a la reception est egalement un modele. Bon courage et bonne reception.

Faisant confiance Ă  la note gĂ©nĂ©rale des avis je dis attention...Chambre trĂšs peu insonorisĂ©e, literie pas si confortable, bruit important car route passant Ă  quelques mĂštres et SURTOUT STATION DE LAVAGE ! Et lĂ , c’est festival ! Vous avez un ballet quasiment incessant de voitures qui dĂ©filent pour laver leur carrosserie ( bien sĂ»r ils n’y sont pour rien ) MAIS SÉRIEUSEMENT ?!!! À cĂŽtĂ© d’un hĂŽtel !!! Donc je vous explique bruits de soufflerie et jets hautes pression de 7h00 du matin Ă  23 h00. Impeccable quand on doit se coucher tĂŽt et partir tĂŽt. Je passerai sur les draps tachĂ©s, oui c'est trĂšs compliquĂ© Ă  dĂ©caper mĂȘme plusieurs fois, donc OK C'est jolie cĂŽtĂ© chambre, ils ont sĂ»rement dĂ» rĂ©nover rĂ©cemment mais j'insiste pas de Clim ! 30 degrĂ©s dehors donc 30 degrĂ©s dedans. VoilĂ , pour plus de 70 euros non en fait ça passe pas

Very clean and quiet, good breakfast

The hotel is very clean, rarely found so also in higher level ones, our room was a little tiny but it was ok just for an overnight stay. People very kind, too
