The room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint that really isnt something that can be fixed is the sounds of the neighbors water from the shower etc… are so loud that is kept walking me up.

I had to wait 15 minutes at 9:30 pm at the fro t desk and then call - and wake up - the person to check in. The sign said she was helping a guest, so I have it the benefit of the doubt and waited. Instead she could have put a sign that says call for help and I wouldn’t have had to stand there for 15 minutes

Nice rooms I was a little concerned that what they consider a handicapped accessible room is not a true accessible room the tub/shower was approximately a 2 -2.5 atep.to get in it and was difficult to get backmout of.
