People running out all hours of the night to smoke slamming doors. Very loud halls till 2am. Fridge was going out loud bangs and sounds coming from it all night I couldn’t unplug as I had food and drinks I had to keep cold. Homeless people staying there or just out front the whole time . I had 2 kids won’t be back I’ll drive to stay in a safer place Sketchy neighborhood

We were quite impressed with our stay - we stayed in a junior suite, and it was spacious and an excellent size for us and our toddler to feel comfortable in for four days. Things seemed clean and smelled good. We also appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff as well as housekeeping staff. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights and the warm breakfast never changed. There’s also too many tables and not enough chairs in the first dining room space. That being said, my kids ate without complaint each morning. And we were able to find seating each morning. The pool was basic, but great for the kids. The room was as expected. I interacted with a few women and each was kind and helpful. One front desk, one over the food and one cleaning woman. Each made sure my needs were met when I asked for help.

Our room had a mold problem but we were immediately switched once we broughy it up to the staff. The pool was shut because the heater had broken a few days before. This was a huge bummer because we pucked the hotel partially because of the pool and hot tub.
