The room could of been cleaned better. Shower drain had rust on in. The outlets has nicotine residue so haven’t been wipe properly.

The outdoor pool was nice, a little bit of leaves and bugs but too be expected. The proximity to the highway and restaurants was nice as well.
This was a nice play to stay. Everyone was friendly. It was clean. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because there was a musty smell and they only left 1 wash cloth for 2 people. The stairs needed power washed also. Overall I would stay there again. Pretty tile and counters. Flat screen tv. Good ac. Nice place!

This hotel was a quality value for the price. It served its purpose. We needed a place to rest and get to an event the next morning. Beds were a bit firm and the drain in the tub didn't work well. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.
The room I was in could use some updating, but the staff did the best they could with what they had to work with; the printer in the front lobby was hit and miss and the internet connection was incredibly slow. The location was convenient and there were plenty of places to eat in close proximity!

Hotel was easy to find. Room was fantastic and the beds were very relaxing. I will be back to Marshall 3-4 times a year when my daughter goes to school there and you can bet I will not stay at another hotel. [...] was one of the best desk employees that I have had the pleasure to do business with. He met our every need. Give That man a raise!!!!

Very good room for spending night on the road. Queit and comfortable. Easy to get to from I-20 away from all the congestion.
The Quality Inn in Marshall was comfortable, clean, well serviced, good location for our needs. We were close to all our family (for our annual reunion). Really enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent, the updated flat screen TV. The management staff was courteous and very accommodating. We will stay at this facility again next year. Thank You.
