Was a great place to stay except that being on the back side the neighbors dog barked all night. The walls were just a wee bit on the this side as we could hear conversation in the room next door. All in all though will stay again.
Didn't like the fact that the elevators didn't work, but I was only on the 2nd floor, so it wasn't too bad. But hard with bags.
We checked in and made a friend. Angela was so nice and helpful. The facilities were great. We would stay here again if ever in Kilgore, but will look for another Comfort Inn & Suites when we travel.
clean nice and quiet staff was great ... located in a great area for the event we were attending only 10 mins. away from the camps
Enjoy the rooms very nice hotel pretty much everyone was great with the exception of one young lady who would not let us check in early although the room was available. Would I stay there again or recommend them YES ....

Very nice hotel, extremely clean and comfortable room with friendly staff.
All of the day and night staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We had problems with the rent car key not coming out, and the night young man had us park in front so he could watch it; talk about taking care of people and being genuinely concerned. The hot breakfast was great, and I would definately give this hotel and staff an "A+".
I'm a big fan of Marriott's Fairfield chain, but this came up a little cheaper and I decided to give it a try. The pillows might have been a touch bigger, but they were still quality and comfortable (and plenty, there were five on the king bed), and that is my only qualified issue. Otherwise, the room was roomy, the television was excellent and the remote worked perfectly, which may seem like nothing, but can be a very big deal. And the bed itself was huge and comfortable. Also, and this can never be overstated, the sheet was fitted, which always makes for a more comfortable stay.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The other guests at the hotel were just as friendly. The hotel is a very nice one to stay in. The only negative was that the elevator was a tad slow. Our overall stay and experience was great!
The room was very spacious and staffs were very friendly. Price was very reasonable compare to other brand name hotels in similar tier level. This hotel is in a perfect location where Chili's Restaurant is literally one minute walking distance and WalMart is right across the street.
The staff was very friendly, the service was great. It could use a sign on the road to make it easier to find. Also, I did not care for the open shower and getting water all over the bathroom floor. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Being located close to a restaurant was very convenient.
My trip to Kilgore, TX was awesome! This place is was excellent, very close to the track and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in quite some time. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the lobby is very nice, and the front desk folks were extemely polite and helpful. The room itself was spotless with plenty of space, work station, large flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, coffee station, living area, and a large bathroom with a great shower. If I ever return to Kilgore, TX for a race or anything else for that matter... This is where I'd stay every time... Kudos to Comfort Suites Kilgore !!!
