The apartment was clean and spacious; the pool area was very nice. Due to the bright lighting of the parking lot, our bedroom never got dark at night with the blinds closed so could use some drapes as well.

The experience at this place was wonderful! The property is brand new and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable. There is a large kitchen and living room area with a couch, which made this 1-bedroom feel much larger. The in-unit washer and dryer are convenient. Additionally, the complex is safe and full of community amenities. Driving distance is close to both the mountains and Denver.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Their customer service is awful. I made reservations for 3 condos. After confirming the 3 they cancelled 1 with no notification. We had to stay at a nearby hotel. There is a charge for parking which wasn’t noted. You had to wait each day for a code to use the following day to get into your apartment. I will never stay there again

Honestly, at first it was awful. I didn’t received any check in instructions, my family and I arrived close to midnight, I did receive a door code but it didn’t worked. I was so upset, tired, and my baby was 12 months old was crying and cranky. The following morning, I kept finding long white hair, black hair, animal hair all over, even in the bed. I started to sweep it up and the amount of gunk, dirt and hair that I got, it was unbelievable. I contacted their customer support and they send a team of 3 people to clean, change sheets and vacuum. It was awful!! The staff was nice, Laundry was nice and clean Kitchen all appliances— no sugar, salt, pepper only coffee. Bedrooms with smart tv- played YouTube for my baby.. Living room and balcony was good Bathrooms were also lovely But honestly, after that the apartment was good. Everything worked as normal, I didn’t have anymore complaints. My family and I had a great stay. Once the issue was resolved in a few hours I was satisfied!
