Located in the beautiful Cedars East Tennis Resort property, this 1440 s. f. 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is just steps away from the Junior Olympic-sized heated Resort pool. Views of tennis courts with a beautiful view over a lush green conservation area from the exterior screened porch. This comfortably spacious open concept floor plan is well designed with 9' ceilings, easy-care flooring and ...living, dining and kitchen on the main floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for privacy and comfort. NO PETS / NO SMOKING.

The property is quiet, but close to everything you would want for a get-away. Longboat Key is close to Sarasota and world renowned St. Armand's Circle. The location of this townhouse condominium is close to several restaurants from pizza to fine dining, and Harry's convenience store and deli is within walking distance. Public beach access is less than a mile in either direction with the beach located directly across the main road. Boardwalks and bicycle trails run throughout and alongside the Resort. Sarasota Bay is a short walk along the boardwalk and Bayside pathway with beautiful Bay views and fishing pier available.

Though we enjoyed the location and amenities, we felt there were several things related to maintenance and supplies that should be different. With the rental agency, I provided information about the front door, not closing without being locked, several things wrong with the master bathroom, garbage being full in the garage, The twin beds, both very hard, believing that maybe some introductory supplies should have been provided such as small travel size shampoo for those arriving quite late, a nail in the threahold of the master bath.

Property is out-dated and in need of a deep cleaning, including carpet...furniture (couch) has little support...dishwasher never worked...cable did not work on 2 TVs for first week...no mop to clean tile floors, so I bought one and was told I would be reimbursed by Wagner Realty but have not been (I took them my receipt)...view not good (dirty canal)...on a positive note, good water pressure and great ice maker

Convenient, clean LBK getaway with great pool.

If you don't need to be on the beach, this works.The place is well appointed from the kitchen to the bath-everything we needed. It's walkable to two of LBK's best restaurants- Harry's and Euphemia Hay. There is a nice big pool where lots of people swim laps. The resort was particularly uncrowded and quiet. I only have two quibbles- the lanai overlooks a "canal" that is full of scum- not pretty. The rental agent did not respond to several phone calls requesting that the fridge water filter be replaced. These were not deal breakers, but had impact on the experience.

The pool was a great feature and the location was quiet. The property itself was dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom within the first hour of arriving. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. I had to clean everything before we used it.
