Seaplace is a wonderful community with two swimming pools and two hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness facilities and best of all a gorgeous beach! Additional amenities include a club house, library, grilling area and even a nice playground for your children or grandchildren. Time and space for both adults and children to get out and play in the Florida sunshine!

The view from the condo is one that you will enjoy. It overlooks a lush greenbelt out to the Gulf of Mexico. Your private, furnished and screened balcony is the perfect spot to take in the view.

The interior of blue and yellow decor along with Mexican tile flooring make this a cheery place. Add in comfortable furnishings and you are all set to relax both indoors and out.

Unique to this condo, you will have two assigned parking spaces; one of which is located under cover in the carport.
