Beachplace has everything you could dream of including gated 24 hour security, private beach access with chairs, club-house, fitness center, heated pool/spa, separate wading/children's pool, four har-tru tennis courts, elevators and a voluntary library where you can borrow books. Car washing station as well as an EV Charging station complete all of the home away from home amenities.

The perfect location for the perfect break.

All was excellent and couldn’t have wanted more. I do think that the 2 nd bath room could do with an upgrade and the ventilation could be stronger.

The property was going through some work as it was the off season for Florida homeowners/vacationers. We were notified ahead of booking and it was not intrusive or problematic. This was a great property for our purposes with easy access to the beach, a nice pool area and all the amenities you could need.
