4 Bedroom Villa located in St. Philip, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Directly on the water, a few steps away from Shark Hole Beach. At low tide, Shark Hole is an idyllic spot to take what the Bajan's call a 'sea bath'.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Property is gated, lots of seating thoughout the gardens and pool, all three bedrooms are on the main floor. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is an additional powder room you can access from outside if you are using the pool or by the BBQ. This powder room also has a shower.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
