Clean but too far from Underground

The apartment was fine however, located much too far from the tube station to be a suitable base for central London, over 30 mins walk and £7 in a taxi. Also witnessed a altercation between 2 men in the middle of the night in the street outside.

Very average. Shower had very little pressure and ran hot and cold. TV only had one news channel. Parking is one the street and not alway in front of apartment. Interiors looking a bit tired and could do with a paint job.

Appartement correct

Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais d'appartements situés dans une maison. Mal indiqué, il faut se référer à la rue et au numéro de la maison pour trouver, aucune pancarte, pas même devant la maison. Il nous a fallu contacter le numéro présent sur la feuille de réservation, car il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Les clés se trouvaient dans une petite boite protégée par un code à l'entrée, mais personne n'était présent pour nous communiquer le code. Bon état général, légère odeur de renfermé. Parfait pour les groupes, si vous louez deux appartements par exemple. Il faut prendre le bus (environ 8 min) pour se rendre à la station de métro la plus proche (Tooting Broadway). Ce n'est pas si loin que cela du plein centre. Rapport qualité/prix tout à fait correct.

Zeer slechte accommodatie

De badkamer verkeerde in slechte toestand, nauwelijks warm water, vies bad, bladderend plafond. Op de benedenverdieping was een 2e WC, maar die was te smerig voor woorden. Ik weet niet of het de bedoeling was om die te gebruiken, maar als dat niet zo was, dan had de eigenaar de ruimte deugdelijk moeten afsluiten. Bovendien stonk het enorm in deze ruimte. De bedden waren van bedroevende kwaliteit, het beddegoed was tot op de draad versleten. De tuin, zowel voor als achter, lag bezaaid met troep, oude poetsspullen en dergelijke. Er lag bij aankomst geen welkomstbrief met bijvoorbeeld de code voor WIFI-internet. Er was overduidelijk sprake van achterstallig onderhoud en poetswerk

Un peu éloigné du centre de Londres budget ++

Sur le site l'emplacement de cet appart hôtel est erroné, du coup + de budget et temps de trajet pour 4 personnes. sinon appart sympa et spacieux. Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble.
