Excellent price for the room. Paid an extra $6 to get a suit with a kitchenette. Couch was woren out and needs replaced and so does the carpet. Its stained any dirty looking. Great continental breakfast with the usual choices offered.

The hotel was fine being a two star and under $100USD per night. It was a very average and typical budget friendly hotel. Very typical for one night stays and hockey tournaments. The front desk help was friendly and accommodating. The cookies were a nice touch. We required new pillows due to stains which was taken care of immediately. The location was fine, close to the expressway, many chain stores and restaurants and downtown London about 6-7 minutes drive. The carpeting in the room was a disaster, slight musty smell and full of stains. The pillows were yellowed with stains and need replacing. Breakfast was not an advantage, very poor quality hot and cold foods. We chose to eat off site as very little looked appealing. Basically, good for the price and location, you definitely get what you pay for. The ash trays attached to the walls near the exterior doors were filled with butts, to the point of falling all over the cement below. The empty beer bottles near the entrance could have been taken care of. They were there at check in and at check out. Simple attempts at house cleaning need to be addressed to include room carpeting and bedding.

Hotel experience overall wasn't bad. Pros: Service from staff was good, checking in and out was fairly smooth. Not far from downtown or White Oaks Mall. There are lots of doors to exit into various areas of the parking lot, so you don't have to go all the way around. Suites themselves were clean. The main cons were: the rooms need renovations (stains on carpet, older fixures in bathroom, needs updated furniture), breakfast isn't anything special (muffins, cereal, juice/coffee) - need more variety and not much room to sit around and sit all together. The hotel is not realistic on the price to stay for what is offered.

My husband and I stayed overnight at the Quality suites the weekend of October 15, 2017. Check in and check out went fairly smooth. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant. The suite had plenty of room and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is the terrible condition of the carpeting. The halls were full of spots and stains and the carpeting in the suite was even worse.

My wife and I stayed for one night. Check-in was fast and efficient, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but good. The price was quite fair. There is nothing to complain about with this motel

This hotel is old and desperately needs renovations. Stains in the bedroom carpet and main hallways are noticeable. Elevator is old and was worried we were going to get stuck in it. It feels like a hotel out of the late 80's/early 90's that they forgot to renovate.... I was quite disturbed when we had a prank call from some children early morning. There was laughing and yelling. Obviously it woke up us. They were playing around with the phones and calling room to room. I called the front desk to complain and they did nothing about it. I understand as there was no way to catch the children doing this. Word of warning to everyone booking hotel - make sure you unplug your hotel phones! We needed our sleep because it was a long drive to London and back home. I wouldn't book or stay at this hotel again for many reasons. There are many other places to stay. They need to shut down this hotel, tear it down and build a new one Fortunately we only stayed 1 night and weren't there for long. I would gladly pay more $$ for another hotel nearby and there are tons of them....

Terrible dirty old hotel.Very expensive consider the how dirty it is.Smell is terrible on cigarettes even they said it is smoke free hotel.AC so loud .Terrible.Thanks to God we will stay just 1 night.Never ever again.

My wife and i slept here on September 17, woke up on September 18 , only to find that when i went to pull the sheets back i found yellow stains on the covering sheet of the bed. Also when i took off the pillow cases, the pillows had yellow stains on them also. Now i know why the prices are cheap because the place is filthy. Their cleaning staff do not change the sheets from the the people that stay before you do. The manager had the audacity to ask if i wanted a free night to which i replied i would never step through their doors again. Why would i sleep in a place that i now know is managed by a bunch of filthy people. This place is run by disgusting people. If people were smart they would never stay here ever.

Hotel is features stained carpets everywhere, worn furniture and smelled awful. I am certain my room became non smoking 2 minutes before I arrived because the stale smoke reminded me of smoking rooms from the 1990's. I will skip this chain in the future - can't believe any chain would allow these conditions.

We stayed here for the Labour Day weekend. The location was very convenient, just off the 401 and easy to find. Many restaurants are close by, including a sushi restaurant next door. Suites are huge, with bedroom, living room with bar fridge, sink and microwave, and a bathroom. As others have noted, the carpets are old and stained, and the sink was rusty. But, the bed was comfortable and there was lots of comfortable seating including a swivel office chair at the desk. Wifi was fast. The price was decent as well.
