I took a 1-bedroom suite at this hotel and really liked it. Having a separate bedroom really helped my night’s sleep. The hotel has a 1990’s style to it, which I actually like a lot. There was a big desk for writing. There was also a couch for sitting. The room felt like a small apartment. There were some drawbacks. The breakfast, despite being included in the price of the room, was not very good. Worse, the tiny breakfast room only had capacity for about half of the people seeking to eat breakfast at the time I was there. So, the breakfast was totally chaotic. Also, there were some housekeeping problems. The bottom of the coffee table in my room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in about a month. In addition, there were several areas on the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed and that had lots of dirt.

I came to the desk and asked about a first floor room. I'm not sure now if I were feted or not, but I received a two room suite which I enjoyed very much. Everything was fine and the staff, both in the evening and morning were professional at the least. All in all I enjoyed my stay. In fact, with the near by geocaching power trails close by - I may return!

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. We love the suites! I often wake up before everyone else, and I don't like to feel like I'm disturbing I simply close the french doors and enjoy some quiet time with my morning coffee in the living room, while everyone else sleeps in. Having a small fridge and microwave is always a nice feature too. The decor is dated, the lighting is a bit dim, and the couch is a bit uncomfortable, but for less than $100/night including a decent breakfast, it definitely works for us!!

I thought I was getting just a bedroom, but a suite...beautiful, comfortable, everything was excellent...and so close to home. Our friends have stayed here, while in London, and said it was nice...that plus more. Front Desk, Mike...really nice and checked us in and gave us this room. The breakfast was great, always trying to eat right, it was there for me. My friends will know this is it, when visiting London. I need a bath, and didn't want stairs, got that plus more, from tiling and mudding, we need this. Thanks Quality

For the price we paid - this place was fine. We just intended it to be an overnight stop with the family and it suited us just fine. Unfortunately we were located right beside a stairwell which tends to be a little noisy at times but I couldn’t justify giving it a lower score just because of that. Front desk staff were nice and cordial. As other have mentioned, yes - the walls are “dated” but it really didn’t have any impact on our stay here. One highlight was the kids being fascinated by the phone.

What a pleasenr surprise! This past weekend my Parents, Wife and I had two rooms at this Hotel. For the price we paid we did not have high expectations. We were just looking for something affordable for the night As we were going to watch my son play hockey in town. From the moment we got there we had good friendly service. Our Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Boiled and scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, Good coffee etc... We definetly would come back to this hotel.

This hotel is most definitely ready for some updating. The furniture in the rooms is a bleached out pinkish white shade, very 80s. The carpet is beyond stained. That said, the room layout is nice with a separate bedroom with french doors and a nice vanity area leading into the bathroom. There was a fridge and a dining table in our room, this was convenient. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with their cancellation policy as we were there for a hockey tournament and allowed to check out before 11 am without having to pay for the second night (never had that before at a tournament!!!) They do need to take a look at the card reader at the very back door off the parking lot which is not working. Honestly, beyond basic here but with a winning cancellation policy!

We just stayed two nights over the past weekend. Our room was never cleaned on the day in between. The breakfast was so so. It was on the inexpensive side and that is what you get. Just a mediocre hotel.

These is not a real quality suits, expensive, old furniture, stinky and probably free company of bed bugs waiting for you. I do not recomend this to anyone. If you get lucky to find food for breakfast in the morning is just terible chices and nothing nirmal.

I will start off by saying that the staff were very friendly and personable. With the that said, there were some areas for improvement. 1) When I checked in, I told the clerk that I wished to pay by debit and he informed me that there was a $250 deposit. I paid the deposit but was concerned at the fact that there was no mention of a deposit on the website when I booked my room. As someone who has spent 8 years working night audit in the hotel industry, this was very concerning and could negatively impact the experience for your guests and even result in loss of business for the hotel. 2) I admit that I was only paying $76/nt plus tax so I wasn’t expecting Hilton style accommodations but I was expecting the room to be a little more modern but than it was. The room I stayed in during my first night had a big red stain in the middle of the floor which I believe should have been cause to put the room out of service until it has been properly cleaned. I found the decor to be very dated including an old school tube TV in the living room, the TV in the room on my first night had lines running through it and I couldn’t even watch it. The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable and barely usable. 3) The breakfast, while plentiful, was just not very good. 4) The prices of the snack items sold at the front desk are outrageous. I understand paying a premium for convenience and I don’t have a problem with that to a point but I think it was a little over done in this case. 5) While the wifi was very fast and reliable, I was a little concerned at the fact that the network was not secured with a password, I find this to be very concerning as a customer
