The rooms have just been renovated so everything is new and fresh. There is a huge Mall across the street for those who wish to shop as well as plenty of restaurants within just a few blocks.

The property is close by to shopping and restaurants. The place is quiet and rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast was removed from the dining area at exactly 9am though, they could considering leaving it out until 10 am for persons who would like to sleep in a little later.

Honestly was an excellent stay, my room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area is pretty convenient, being a turn or two from the nearest main arteries, but is some distance from the downtown core. The two things i would have liked that were not available, would be a food option within the hotel other than continental breakfast. While there are many options nearby, they are largely chain restaurants and sports bars. I would also have liked some kind of social space or lounge or series of lounges. Otherwise you cannot go wrong for the price. I would easily stay here again.

Bed and pillows were nice. Lovely renovated shower. Paper thin walls. We could hear every word of our neighbour’s tv very clearly before 5 am. Very noisy air conditioner. Fire alarm caused the building to be evacuated at 9 am. Air surrounding this hotel (in an industrial park-like setting) smells strongly like sugar crisp cereal. The price was right but knowing all this we would have paid more to be closer to the venue as the city was also under construction everywhere.

The room must have been recently renovated. It was a large room. The room was very clean as well. The hotel wasn't in the nicest area, but there were lots of security cameras so I felt safe leaving my xar in the parking lot. Front desk service was slow and I did not receive an itemized invoice at checkout. I assumed that I would receive an emailed copy. I never did, and had to phone the hotel to have one emailed to me. That was disappointing.
