Rooms are gorgeous. Very well done on the remodel! However, only one bank of elevators in the whole building, and being on the third floor, made for a few steps. We also found it difficult to find parking, as there were spaces allocated for electric vehicles, and then more spaces taken up by the trailer with (what I believe were) the A/C compressors for the building. Overflow parking was at the opposite end of the building that the elevators were on. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Would stay again.

I stay here everytime I’m in London and it’s always amazing. Breakfast has so many great options, room is clean and so large. Having the two rooms is great for a family. Can walk to great restaurants and shopping
