Beautiful house and Jessica was lovely. Anxious sharing a bathroom with others. A separate toilet may have been better. No shoes policy in the house was unusual especially at breakfast. Our hostess was the highlight of our stay. Very welcoming and friendly. The room and amenities were very clean. The event we were attending was in Northwood so the location of this B&B was ideal
