This 35m² studio has been designed to maximise comfort and functionality. The open-plan living area features a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a dining space, all within a bright, modern environment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and all essential utensils for cooking at home. The bathroom has a modern shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Additional conveniences include a washing machine/tumble dryer, Wi-Fi and heating, making it a convenient and comfortable home away from home for your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in the quiet residential area of Perivale, Greenford, the apartment offers a calm retreat within easy reach of London’s major attractions. The area is safe, family-friendly, and well connected, with local shops, cafés, supermarkets, and parks all nearby. Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena are only a short drive or Tube ride away, making it a great choice for guests attending concerts or sporting events. The nearby Ealing Broadway area also offers a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and shopping options.

Perivale Underground Station on the Central Line is just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to Oxford Circus and central London in around 25 minutes. Greenford Station, also nearby, connects to both the Central Line and National Rail services. Frequent bus routes run to Ealing, Wembley, and Greenford, while street parking is available nearby for guests travelling by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
