There is a lot I would like to say about this property but mostly the communication was non-existent. I’ve never seen a property without a phone number and I did not receive a response back to any of my multiple emails. I woke up mid-morning my first night to the minimal lock being open so anyone could walk in. Couldn’t go back to sleep knowing I wasn’t safe (no deadbolt) and ended up switching to a hotel 20 minutes away at 3 am…. Amenities were okay, very clean. A mile from the closest tube station so not convenient at all if you don’t have a car. Tried to contact the manager multiple times and got no response. Likely having to pay for five nights when I only slept half a night. Even got on with Vrbo support and they couldn’t do anything and told me I was wrong when I said I was given the wrong apparent (shown Apt 1, I was given Apt 3). Then proceeded to tell me they could not help me. Disappointing is an understatement.
The property was very well maintained, are is OK.
Uxbridge is about 1-1.5 hour from London city center and we had a bad luck as there was a strike of Public Transit employees which complicated things little bit. But it was still manageable to get around.
We would stay at the place again.

Bonnes vacances malgré un mauvais départ !
La veille du départ nous n'avions toujours pas reçu les modalités pour notre arrivée (code pour les clés, confirmation de location), nous avons dû téléphoner à Abritel pour s'en assurer. A l'arrivée, un vieux matelas se trouvait dans la cour, des papiers et canettes sur le sol près des poubelles. Dans l'escalier et l'appartement, une moquette ... mauvaise idée car désormais toute tâchée. Dans l'appartement (Luxury ???), une tête de lit cassée, une armoire qui bascule vers l'avant, un canapé tâché et usé, une bouilloire non vidée, très peu de vaisselle (5 assiettes plates, 4 assiettes dessert, pas assez de verre à eau pour 4), des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas, un torchon sale qui restait dans la cuisine et une serviette dans la salle de bain qui paraissait sale également ... sans compter l'absence de la boisson et des gâteaux qui devaient nous accueillir !!! Malgré cela, nous avons bien dormi, les draps étaient propres (pour les couvertures, nous avons un doute), des serviettes de toilettes propres, un quartier calme, sans bruit, à 15mn de la gare à pieds, un supermarché à 5 mn en voiture et un Lidl à 5 min à pieds.
