Staff is very helpful and nice! They will go the extra step no problem. They only speak Spanish. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was nice.

Vivimos a 250 km de Escobar. Nos invitaron a un casamiento de 1 sobrina este Sábado 11/10/25 pasado. Hicimos la reserva en un “Hotel 4 estrellas”. A las 18:56 del mismo Sábado, recibimos la notificación de que el check in era hasta las 20:00 o, hasta las 24:00 pagando una multa de 30 dólares! A las 20:13, vi el mensaje, nos despedimos de quienes pudimos y salimos raudamente hacia el Pauly Resort & Spa. En ese mismo momento les escribimos un mensaje de WhatsApp, informándoles que estábamos saliendo para el “Resort”. Llegamos 20:59 al portón de entrada. Nos enfrentamos a un portón cerrado y al costado un timbre con un amable cartel: Si tocó el timbre, ya salimos a darle la bienvenida. Esperemos 15 minutos, tocando el timbre cada vez más insistentemente, luego pasamos al claxon y finalmente sale una señora, se acerca a mi ventana y sin siquiera saludar, con un tono muy desagradable nos informa que si no somos extranjeros nos va a tener q cobrar el IVA y además la multa de los 30 dólares y nos preguntó si estábamos dispuestos a pagar eso?!? Su manera y proceder nos sorprendió, claro q pagaríamos. Nunca entendimos xq a un huésped se lo maltrata, como si hubiese actuado mal. Intentamos explicarle que hacía una hora que nos habíamos enterado de estas condiciones y que veníamos desde lejos (Robles) como para poder hacer el check in con anterioridad! Que de todas maneras estábamos dispuestos a pagar la multa, pero no ser maltratados. Se fue cerrando el portón sin mediar más palabras!
