In the heart of the village of Loix, rue du Moulin, a stone's throw from the shops and the beach, this new family house of 205m2 on a plot of 1,300m2 has 3 double bedrooms and 2 children's bedrooms which can accommodate a total of 6 adults and 6 children, each with its own shower room. The house is articulated in two communicating wings allowing an ideal cohabitation to stay in family with big children. Bathed in light all day long, its bay windows open onto the terrace of the private swimming pool, creating an idyllic atmosphere to enjoy every moment in absolute tranquility. This house, designed by architect Christophe Ducharme, offers the utmost in comfort and relaxation.
