The villa features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry, a television, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, a dedicated workspace, a baby bed and a high chair. A functional fireplace and fiber optic internet ensure your comfort.



Enjoy a private enclosed garden with barbecue and an uncovered wooden IPE terrace. A 25 m² veranda extends the living area. The villa is located at the end of Impasse des Oyats, in a very quiet environment with no traffic noise, just 200 meters from the main beach of La Couarde, with direct access to the dune and no roads to cross.



You can park on the property or in the private street, and public transport is available nearby. Pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited. Smoking is permitted on the property. Self check-in is possible with a key box code provided before your arrival. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out must be before 10 a.m.



Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee, and a deposit may be withheld if cleaning is not done at departure.
