Just 50 metres from the beach, this studio apartment is as close as you can get to the sea without getting your feet wet! It makes the ideal base for a fun holiday in the popular resort of Loiri Porto San Paolo.
The ground-floor apartment is on a paved lane which leads directly to the beach. Guests can access the property via a charming front terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Double glass doors lead into the open-plan studio.
The studio is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is separated from the room by a breakfast bar and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

The double bed in the living area is partitioned off by a set of low shelves. There is a curtained-off storage area
