This holiday home at the Costa Esmeralda is located just 80 metres from the beach and offers a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea from its private terrace and garden. There you can enjoy a barbecue and experience fantastic sunsets. The comfortable house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can easily accommodate 6 guests. Further rooms include a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, fans, cable TV, a cot and a high chair. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is located in Porto San Paolo and is just a 4 minute drive from the accommodation (3 km).
