Room fits, very good bed, perfect & straight breakfast, very nice people, very friendly. I only can highly recommend it! Short walk to city centre along the Loire river. Fantastic to start your daily work!
Stayed here for a night and the rooms were clean, and they also provided us with the hot water kettle. Over all good experience. They had parking lot available at the back of the hotel. we checkin in late the reception guy was very welcoming. overall a nice experience.
The location of this hotel in relations to businesses in the surrounding area makes it a great place to stay. Awesome breakfast, and a very friendly staff. A quiet relaxing spot with a beautiful view of the river.
An overall good experience either for a nightover stop or a city break! I will recommand and surely use this hotel when again in the area.Cleanliness, friendlyness, security, breakfast, parking, easy to find....
We arrived late after a long drive. Hotel was easy to find, reception lady was helpful and charming. Room and bed really comfortable. Breakfast was OK with all the usual stuff on offer. All you need from an hotel.
We stayed here for a night to break our journey. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is perfect - right on the river and only a 10 minute walk from the historic centre where there are plenty of restaurants. It is on a main road but the double glazing was such that we could barely hear the traffic. There is free parking in a courtyard (though it would be preferable if this were lit). The welcome was excellent and the room was very clean with a good shower. Breakfast was copious. We would choose this hotel again. Very good value for money.
price was good for the quality. Private parking is very appreciated and the breakfast was okay but not special....I enjoyed anyway... :-)).....plus the lady who cleaned the room was already at my door at 9.30... I only had a one night stay and I'm used to check out before the room is being cleaned
A nice place to stay in Orleans. By a short walk you can reach to the city center in 5 to 10 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Check-in and -outs are easy, staff is good. Definitely is a good choice for business trips.
If you’re main concern is having parking and you don’t mind walking .5 miles to Orleans Center, this hotel is fine. We were here in December without a car, so it made the walks to get some vin and din, cold and often wet. although, the view along the Loire River never disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, however the pillows and beds were not as inviting as one would like, and the free breakfast was depleted a few times when we arrived around 7:30-8. It’s a nice place to stay if you’re using it as a base point for exploring and have a car, otherwise I would look downtown for lodging if you prefer to be in the heart of everything.
Tried booking late October 2017 for a third visit but their website unresponsive so we emailed them direct to advise of this problem plus ask what they could offer and to say that meanwhile in order to secure a room we'd make a reservation via Booking.com and we'd like our usual preferred room. They did not respond to our online difficulty so we had to forgo their online-Promo which was offering a rate 50 euros less than we were having to pay. Upon arrival and checking in, they point-blank refused to compromise in any way....not even graciously making our cup of tea to be free and/or no discount off the breakfast charge. The room was nice and clean with comfy beds, all as usual, but their surly attitude arguing over their poor website and their lack of response to my email made our visit really unpleasant. Two weeks later we stayed in Orleans again but this time did not even bother to check their availability. They said we should have telephoned them when their website did not offer availability/when they didn't respond properly to my email. No apology, no compromise, no real courtesy. Best stay elsewhere.
