We tried to check in around 7 and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were short staffed. The hotel message o line said check in before 8 PM. So there was no person. No phone answered and no room key under our name in the file on the desk for customers. We did not get to stay and had to book another hotel. I will need a refund.

Zimmer passabel, Wasserkocher auf Zimmer ist angenehme Ergänzung, W-Lan stabil und funktionierte gut, Frühstücksbuffet ist top, sehr vielseitig und große Auswahl. Parken vorm Hotel und in Tiefgarage kostenlos möglich. Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein, vor allem unterm Bett, hier lag noch alter Pizzakarton und viel Staub. Dennoch gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und empfehlenswert.

Wir sind um 16 Uhr im Hotel angekommen. Zunächst funktionierte die Zimmerkarte nicht, so hatten wir Probleme in die Tiefgarage zu kommen. Wir wären danach gerne in die Sauna gegangen, aber uns wurde an der Rezeption gesagt, dass das nicht mehr ginge, denn die Rezeption hätte jetzt Feierabend und es müsste immer jemand vor Ort sein. Die Zimmer waren gut und auch renoviert. Insgesamt hat das Hotel deutlichen Renovierungsstau. Es war vermutlich mal ein Tagungshotel... in besseren Zeiten. Der Frühstücksraum war klein. Wir warteten eine ganze Zeit, bis wir ein Plätzchen gefunden haben. Die Tische wurden nicht sauber gewischt und auch sonst wirkte es alles unaufgeräumt. Vielleicht fehlte an diesem Morgen Personal. Die Dame vor Ort wirkte gestresst.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da, Zimmer 212, direkt davor die Stadthalle mit Vorplatz welche ein Bier und Weinfest veranstaltete mit grottenschlechter aber extrem lauter Musik. Bis 24 Uhr danach wurde noch ca. 3 Stunden lautstark Bierbänke und Tische verräumt. An einen Schlaf war nicht zu denken, vom Hotel niemand da. Am nächsten Morgen kein Ton darüber
