About this property

Kallenbachtal II Vacation Rental

Wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, perfect for couples or solo travelers.
Uniquely decorated and perfectly equipped.
This vacation rental is perfect for couples or solo travelers, whether as a place to stay overnight during a bike or motorcycle tour or as a relaxing, quiet vacation home. The possibilities are endless, and the atmosphere is exceptionally cozy—right in the heart of nature.
Arrive and simply feel right at home.
Outside the apartment, you have access to a laundry room, an entryway where you can store bicycles out of the rain, and your own private garden with a small terrace and seating area—perfect for a lovely summer evening.
In our opinion, the surrounding trees—where you can spot many different birds and squirrels—create a truly special vacation atmosphere that’s perfect for simply unwinding. We’ve always been committed to preserving the biodiversity on our property, so you’ll find some bird species here that you might not be able to observe as easily elsewhere.

My personal highlight of this accommodation—
Definitely the garden! Even in the winter months.
Sun, nature, birdsong, and watching squirrels climb. Then all you really have to do is let your mind wander.

For days when the weather isn’t so great, games and books are available for you to enjoy.

Enjoy the diverse surroundings with their many popular bike paths and hiking trails. Lakes, reservoirs, or winter sports areas—there’s plenty to discover. Activities like canoe trips, rock climbing, or relaxing guided tours of attractions such as castles or mines—and much more—can all be found right in the surrounding area. Feel free to email me for more information or if I can help you with planning.

This property can also be booked in combination with other accommodations offered by Ferienvermietung Kallenbachtal for retreats, family celebrations, weddings, and much more. Upon request, all outdoor areas—with their extraordinary “enchanted forest” atmosphere—can also be reserved.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Kurztrip

... Trotz kleiner Einschränkungen hatten wir drei schöne Tage.
