The word hotel is a very losely used here. A sign to let the visitor know that the 'hotel' is hidden away in a gated alleyway is completely absent. By chance I was able to get inside the gate and found a keypad to gain access. the 'call' button for the reception only provided the message that noone was available. I stood out in the cold for over 20 minutes before I heard some crackling on the call system. Impossible to understand or hear anything. A gentleman came and let me in. He was veryn friendly and attentive.
The room is a mixture of used furniture and dated IKEA stuff with a shared bathroom for at least 3 rooms.
Positive: soft towels, friendly staff, well equipped kitchen.
Improvement: sign, attendance for reception, communicate via WhatsApp for guests that book 'on the road'. Improve furniture.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (best thing about the place). The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife.
Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements.
