The property combines a breezy Caribbean feel with thoughtful modern touches, ensuring comfort for guests of all ages. With five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, the home easily accommodates up to 10 guests. There’s also the option of a self-contained apartment for extra privacy, perfect for grandparents, a nanny, or couples who’d like their own retreat. The heart of the house is its spacious lounge and open-plan kitchen-dining area – places where stories are shared, games are played, and laughter lingers late into the night.

Every space is designed to be both stylish and practical, whether you’re enjoying a family breakfast before heading to the beach, or curling up in the evening after a day of exploring. Outdoors, the property opens into a private garden oasis with a pool, barbecue, and shaded areas for dining or simply soaking up the island sun. It’s a home that encourages you to live outside as much as inside – as all good Bajan homes should.

Harbour View is ideally located just minutes from some of the island’s most loved beaches, and sits neatly between the west coast’s chic dining and nightlife and the south coast’s lively, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a base that allows you to experience Barbados at your own pace – whether that’s sunrise yoga, afternoons on the sand, or evenings sipping rum beneath the stars. This home was built with a vision: to offer guests more than just a rental, but a boutique island experience that blends comfort, community, and Caribbean charm.

Harbour View has been thoughtfully designed to welcome families and groups of all sizes, with five comfortable bedrooms that provide both privacy and togetherness. Each room has its own personality, and together they create a flexible layout to suit couples, children, teenagers, or multi-generational groups.

The Master Suite is a calm retreat at the heart of the home. With its queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and views of the garden and pool, this room is ideal for parents or couples who want a little extra comfort. The décor is light and breezy, blending coastal tones with soft textures, creating a peaceful space to wake up to each morning. The en-suite bathroom ensures privacy and convenience, while easy access to the main living areas makes it practical for family life.

Bedroom Two offers a queen-sized bed and a bright, airy feel. Perfect for couples or older children, this room benefits from its spacious design and nearby bathroom facilities. Its large windows invite natural light and the gentle Caribbean breeze, giving it a relaxed, island-living atmosphere.

Bedroom Three is another queen room, located close to Bedroom Four. It shares a bathroom, making it a great choice for families with children who like to be near one another. With its simple yet welcoming style, it’s often chosen by teenagers or friends traveling together.

Bedroom Four is similar in size and layout to Bedroom Three, with a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom access. Families often use Bedrooms Three and Four as a “kids’ zone” or for friends holidaying together, while parents enjoy the privacy of the Master Suite.

Bedroom Five – The Attic Snug. The fifth bedroom is affectionately known as the Attic Snug. This breezy, characterful space is perfect for children or teenagers who want a sense of independence, or even adventurous adults who enjoy a cosy hideaway. With its sloping ceiling and charming atmosphere, it feels like a secret retreat tucked away at the top of the house.

Optional Apartment. For those who want even more privacy, Harbour View also offers the option of a self-contained apartment (subject to availability). With its own entrance, bedroom, and kitchenette, it’s perfect for grandparents, a nanny, or couples travelling alongside the main group. This allows everyone to be part of the same holiday while still enjoying their own personal space.

No smoking inside the property

It is recommended that all guests take out travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, potential cancellation, any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property or flight changes etc.

Please note that the standard rate applies to three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of six guests. The additional three bedrooms will be unlocked individually, for every two additional guests booked, up to twelve guests in line with the "Extra Guest Policy".
