Its a nice hotel, the staff is very sweet, polite, and accommodating. Yes, it is showing its age but it didn't matter to me that much - I came to explore and experience Barbados not a hotel. The horses do come every morning bright and early to the beach and that was the best. We would eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and just watch the horses. The restaurant is fine, the breakfast buffet is enjoyable with a lot of variety. Reviewers complained about it but I didn't notice the food being bad or the service being very slow - I chalked it up to Island time and I was not in a hurry to get anywhere. I would stay here again.
Love staying there need to up grade.

The team and staff at he Radisson are better than any resort I've stayed at. The front desk team are so friendly and look so happy all the time. Nigel was able to help me with every thing we needed. and Shane made the experience top notch. will absolutely be back just for them

Excellent quality/price. The view from the room balcony is a big plus. Same thing for the pool just in front of the beach where you can enjoy the sunset. In early mornings, at sunrise time just next to the facility there are horses swimming next to you. The only con: one of the women at the front desk is VERY VERY rude. She was the one checking me out and she made me unpleasant. It's a pity because all of the staff besides her is top-notch, very friendly. And one of the taxi drivers told me she's been told multiple times in the past how rude she is. Feels like she brings her home problem at work and reverses them on clients. Not good.

Nice location & awesome beach! One negative comment is they did not honor the 20% discount with regards to alcohol consumption. Discount is for food & beverage. I guess alcohol is not a beverage? I did not want to argue about this because overall, we had a great time!
Location is spectacular. Proximity to cruise ships and airport is excellent. No lunch served at the main restaurant! Poolside grill service was poor. Dinner and breakfast were great!
The staff was really very accomodating. The easy access to the beach was fantastic. We also loved the easy access to public transportation. We will definitely book again.
