With its privileged location, this 150 m² house in Loctudy welcomes you for a peaceful stay with family or friends. The undisputed bonus of the rental is its direct beach access: you will only have to cross the garden to enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the salt water. Its garden, meanwhile, will allow you to savour a moment of relaxation and enjoy the sea air. You can start your days there with a good breakfast and of course enjoy some nice grilled food.



The living space consists of a large dining table that invites you to share good food and moments of conviviality. As for the lounge, it is the ideal place to relax in front of a television film.



As for the kitchen, it is very well equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle), so that you can prepare your specialities.



The sleeping area consists of 5 independent bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 people. On the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with minimalist décor and a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. And finally, the last bedroom equipped with three single beds, ideal for children to share a moment together.

L’emplacement de la maison est idéal avec un accès direct à la plage. Elle mériterait toutefois un rafraîchissement ainsi qu’un nettoyage approfondi (toiles d’araignée dans certaines salles de bain, poussière,…).

petit jardinet donnant directement sur la plage. À toute heure du jour et de la nuit l’endroit est délicieux. Il faut cependant compter avec le dépôt d’algues qui pendant notre séjour à plusieurs fois donné des émanations nauséabondes chassées heureusement par des vents contraires. La maison est fonctionnelle . Il manque cependant quelques lampes pour pouvoir lire le soir en toute commodité. Tres bon accueil

Grande maison très agréable sur la plage de Larvor

Maison très bien située à Loctudy. Disposition des chambres permettant la possibilité de s'isoler. Le plus est l'accès direct à la plage, très utile pour les jeux de plage des enfants. Magnifique vue sur la plage et le petit port de Larvor depuis le jardin, où on pourra faire farniente sur de confortables fauteuils de jardin ou transats. Pour la baignade, on préfère cependant la belle plage de Lodonnec située à 1km. A vélo, c'est idéal. On a pu manger sur la grande terrasse de nombreuses fois, et prendre l'apéro devant la mer. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et l'organisme d'accueil sur place, Proxilium s'est avéré très efficace, ponctuel, aimable, en un mot professionnel. Les commerces d'alimentation sont cependant un peu éloignés, environ 5 km. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec enfants et petits-enfants.

Séjour en famille 9 personnes

L'emplacement est magnifique, la maison bien agencée. Elle comporte bien 12 couchages, mais la cuisine (petite) n'est par contre pas aménagée pour autant de personnes, c'est dommage. Des petites améliorations pour rafraîchir la maison seraient les bienvenues pour rendre l'endroit parfait: - frigo plus grand et congélateur (même petit) - rénovation/réparation des portails d'entrée et d'accès à la mer (ils sont en piètre état, nous avons craint qu'ils cassent pendant notre séjour) - la pose de rideaux de douches dans les salles de bain - la pose d'un verrou dans la salle de douche du RDC - un check-up des portes, dont certaines ne ferment pas correctement (chambre à fauche du 1er étage) - l'achat d'un pied de parasol fonctionnel ;) Ceci étant, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'accès direct à la plage est super.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison de Loctudy. Nous étions 3 couples dont nous avec 2 enfants et chacun y a trouvé sa place. Il manque peut-être un troisième lit de 2 places, cela aurait été apprécié. La maison est bien fonctionnelle et il n'y manque rien. Sa situation géographique les pieds dans l'eau en font un endroit merveilleux pour les amoureux des couchers de soleil sur la plage. Et pour les râleurs qui certifient qu'il pleut toujours en Bretagne, je suis obligée de les contredire car du 14 avril au 21 avril le temps a été tout simplement magnifique. Merci donc pour ces vacances reposantes. Nous conservons l'adresse pour revenir en famille.
