- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. The house is lined with natural stone surrounded by gardens, has a capacity for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom (2 of them with shower and 1 with bathtube). the bathrooms are located 1 in the upper floor, 1 in the ground floor and 1 outside. living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the outer zone will enjoy fruit trees and flowers variety surrounding the house, along with a lovely pool to be enjoyed at leisure and relaxation in an atmosphere of tranquility lying in the grass and sunbathing with family, friends and / or children.
The nearest beaches are: Cala Pi, Playa de Palma and El Arenal Beach, Can Pastilla, Playa d 'Or, Cala Estància and creeks of Delta.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

Perfect Base for a Holiday

This villa is perfect for a large family or group of friends with or without kids. The property is surrounded by gardens with fruit trees, cacti, a magnificent private pool and animals such as chickens, canaries and many tortoises. My grandson loved to collect the eggs from the chickens in the morning and then go searching for the baby tortoises, of which their were many. The house is situated within easy driving distance of many main resorts such as Palma, Arenal , Can Pastilla and many more. I would advise hiring a car as there isn't much within easy walking distance such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets etc. The owners of the villa met us personally at check in and check out and are truly lovely people. They gave us their mobile number and told us to contact them if there was anything we were short of but the villa has everything you could possibly require. I feel very lucky that I found this property and would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend this property to anyone.

Wunderbar ! Ein sehr schönes Haus - herrlicher Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Der Pool ist einfach toll. Das Haus war super sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieter sind hervorragend. Für kleine Kinder ein Traum mit den Schildkröten, Katzen und Kinderhaus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Ein Lob an die Vermieter - Gracias

Schöner Urlaub in der Villa Hermosa

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Für Kinder ein Traum mit den Tieren (Katzen, Schildkröten,...). Die Vermieter Jose und Elisabeth sind sehr nett und haben sich bei Problemen sofort gekümmert. Das einzige Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage und eine Spülmaschine wäre auch schön.

Underbart boende, rustikt och hemtrevlig.

Riktigt härligt boende, och polen är helt toppen. Det var riktigt varmt i det stora sovrummet på övervåningen när vi var där, även om det bara var dryga 30 grader. En bil är ett måste då det inte finns några affärer på gångavstånd. Det står dock att bil rekommenderas :), vilket vi ignorerade till en början. José och Elisabeth är väldigt hjälpsamma och lätta att få kontakt med. Sammantaget ett helt underbart boende.
